Sudoku Sanctuary

Accessibility statement

Last updated: 31 October 2026 · The German version is legally binding.

Scope and legal situation

This statement applies to the app Sudoku Sanctuary for Android, including the purchase screens in the app.

We are a microenterprise providing services and are therefore exempt from the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) under Section 3(3) BFSG. We nevertheless want the Game to be usable by as many people as possible and publish this statement voluntarily.

Short description of the Game

Sudoku Sanctuary is a Sudoku puzzle game with a farm and animal companions. You solve number puzzles, grow crops, cook, complete quests and unlock items. You buy paid content through Google Play’s purchase dialog, which is designed by Google.

What we do for accessibility

  • Text size adjustable in several steps in the settings.
  • High-contrast design that stays readable with high-contrast settings.
  • A “Reduce motion” option that turns off the tilt effect and reduces particle effects; the system setting for reduced motion is respected.
  • Sound, vibration and the tilt effect can each be switched off.
  • Labels for screen readers such as TalkBack.
  • Large touch targets.
  • Information is not conveyed by colour alone but also by symbols, digits or text.

Known limitations

  • Some hints on the Sudoku board (for example highlighting of rows, columns, boxes or matching digits) are partly available only visually.
  • Tilt and particle effects are purely visual; they can be switched off.
  • Google Play’s purchase dialog and Google’s consent request are designed by Google; we have no influence on their accessibility.
  • No full audit against EN 301 549 or WCAG 2.2 has been carried out. We therefore do not claim full conformity.

Reporting barriers

If you encounter barriers, please write to us at info@frog-job.com (subject “Accessibility”). If possible, tell us the screen, your device, the Android version and the assistive technology you use. We usually reply within 14 days and try to fix reported barriers in one of the next updates.

Market surveillance authority

The authority responsible for enforcing the BFSG is the Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF AöR), Carl-Miller-Straße 6, 39112 Magdeburg, Germany, e-mail: kontakt@mlbf-barrierefrei.de. Because the microenterprise exemption applies to us, we provide this information voluntarily.
