Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts for digital content and services. You make purchases in Sudoku Sanctuary through Google Play; your contracting party is currently Google Commerce Limited (see the Terms of Use, sections 5 and 7). Google informs you during the purchase about your right of withdrawal and about when it can expire early for digital content.

Withdrawal function in the app

You can declare a withdrawal in the app at any time without signing in: Settings → “Withdraw from a contract”. The function can also be reached from the Guardian Pass screen and from this page.

Step 1: choose the contract from the purchase list on this device (product, purchase date, Google Play order number; contracts from the last 14 days come first) or describe another contract. For the confirmation you can enter your name and e-mail address.

Step 2: “Confirm withdrawal” makes the app compose your withdrawal declaration with date and time, show it, let you copy it and open your e-mail app with a message addressed to info@frog-job.com. The declaration reaches us as soon as you send the e-mail. We confirm receipt by e-mail without delay.

Your details

The app sends nothing itself; your e-mail app transmits the message. We use your details only to handle the withdrawal (see the Privacy Policy, “Contacting us by e-mail”).
